Parapluie: A Fable
Synopsis
In the rain-soaked streets of Belle Époque Paris, an enchanted umbrella passes through six interconnected lives, weaving a tapestry of hope, loss, and unexpected grace.
As this mysterious parapluie travels from the hands of a timid clerk to a lonely widow, from a scandalous merchant to a grieving father, it becomes more than shelter from the storm—it becomes a keeper of secrets, a catalyst for transformation, and a reminder that magic exists in the most ordinary of objects.

Each part follows a different character whose life is touched by the umbrella:
- An artisan learning to let go
- A timid clerk hiding from himself
- A widow mourning her lost love
- A merchant trading goods and secrets
- A police captain seeking redemption
- An orphan discovering resilience
Themes
Set against the atmospheric backdrop of turn-of-the-century Paris, Parapluie explores universal themes of connection, redemption, and the extraordinary magic hidden in ordinary moments. The city itself becomes a character—silent witness, guardian, and gentle catalyst for change.
